But as I’m looking for leads-calling, mailers, door knocking these pre foreclosures and probates (my current niche), how do I figure out what price to offer them? Do I do it based on the comps I pull? Or based on what they owe in their pre foreclosures? Thanks in advance (:
Mainly just looking myself on Zillow. So when I’m talking to potential leads, I need to know the comps ahead of time, but obviously won’t know what to offer then until I actually talk to them to see how much they owe, correct? Or will you know the price they owe ahead of time?
