Hey y’all! Happy Tuesday! Quick question, I understand how to find leads. But as I’m looking for leads-calling, mailers, door knocking these pre foreclosures and probates (my current niche), how do I figure out what price to offer them? Do I do it based on the comps I pull? Or based on what they owe in their pre foreclosures? Thanks in advance (:
