What makes you dependable? - Make Sense → Where do you naturally simplify the complex and bring clarity to confusion? - Better Way → What’s one area where you constantly improve, innovate, or find a smarter solution? - Right Way → Where do you shine by creating structure, process, or order that ensures success? - Challenge → How do you question the norm and think differently from others around you? - Mastery → What skill, craft, or area of knowledge do you pursue until you know it inside-out? - Clarify → Where are you, the translator — taking ideas, stories, or messages and making them crystal clear? - Simplify → How do you reduce complexity, strip away noise, and make life or business easier for others? 👉 Pick the one that FEELS most like you. 👉 Then write a short statement: “My WHY is to _______________ so that _____________________.” 👉 And yes, you can even cheat a little — ask ChatGPT to help refine it.
