You feel “fine,” but the bill shows up in focus, energy, and peace. Fear looks cheap in the moment. So does comfort. Both collect interest later. Name what the pattern is costing you. Not just time or money. What’s it doing to your confidence? Your clarity? Your purpose? When the real cost is clear, the next step is obvious. Make one honest change at the start. Keep it small. Keep it daily. Let relief replace regret. Write the hidden cost your pattern is charging you. Choose one 5-minute change you’ll repeat today to stop the leak.
