Wholesalers who are winning in late 2025 understand this shift. They’re locking up deals that: Have clear title Are priced correctly from day one Require minimal buyer convincing Close smoothly and predictably The result? More repeat buyers. Fewer fall-throughs. Full Time
Recently resigned from my job for personal reasons, took a few weeks off to get right. Now I'm all the way in full time wholesaling starting today. My intial goal is to crack a deal within 60 days from now. All advice and tips or welcomed especially from those who have been in a simualar situations. Encouragement and solid partnerships are also welcomed. Its Monday and it's money out there waiting for us to get it. Be great!
