Testosterone?
Will be 50 yrs old next year - I just got blood test results back and have lower testosterone levels than average. Has anyone injected Testosterone? And if so how did you figure out what dosage was best?

I use a testosterone cream that I put on my under arm (above the elbow-ish) each morning. My free testosterone is now in range on my bloodwork, I feel good, and exercise recovery is fantastic. I also use an estradiol patch and progesterone capsules. 👍🏼👍🏼

@Kristen Savannah I would say it took at least six months. I am still working on optimizing my estrogen levels and just switched to the patch. Estradiol capsules weren’t very effective, and I believe they may impact insulin resistance. Still a process!
New Peptide Protocol Booklet!
This is a 50 plus page booklet with more in-depth information about certain peptides, amino blends, and small molecules. This includes consumer friendly descriptions of what each substance does, more in-depth protocol and reconstitution information. When relevant, titration schedules are listed. This is broken down alphabetically for ease of use. This, along with the peptide guide, has been posted under "classroom" in this group (you will find this at the top of this page). We cross referenced all of these so all the protocols should match the guide to eliminate confusion. This means we updated the recent guide (in case you downloaded it earlier). VIP and Vesilute (coming this week YAY!) have been added here and on the guide! Happy reading 🤗!

MOTS-C or 5-Amino?
I'm not loving MOTS-C, should I try 5-Amino? I'm struggling with energy and I feel like I'm very inflamed with the MOTS-C.

Calendar - hitting all bases
Ok Ladies - I’ll be turning 58 end of the month. For the last 1.5+ I’ve been working on improving my health. Overall - feeling much much better. - Always working on FOUNDATION - GLP2 (metabolics) ✅ - Gut health (on IT)✅ - Skin (on it) ✅ - Detox / antioxidants ✅ - Immune health (in-progress) Next UP: sleep/healing; bioregulators: telomere lengthening … How do ladies around my age plan their optimization cycles? So many bases to cover. Someone asked me what’s most important to you? Answer: all of me. Any/all suggestions welcome🤩

@Angie Hanna thank you for sharing your journey! It sounds like we have similar experiences. Would you mind expanding on how you started and continued on ss-31 and mots-c and how those made you feel? Ty 🙏
GLP-3 BAC Water
How much BAC water do I add to the 10mg vile of Reta? Also started on 0.5 microdose 2 weeks ago and felt nothing so going up to 1.0 this week. I only see the 5mg vile listed on the new chart. Thank you!!

Add two ML bac water to a 10mg vial, then use a dosing calculator to get the dosage you want on the syringe you choose. I’m at 1.0 mg/week also and haven’t noticed much after seven weeks. Planning to slowly increase dosage.

I just increased my research to 1.5 mg per week. My ts is experiencing slight nausea, so will stay at this dose for 2-4 weeks.
