@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell first of all, thank you so much for this video and for caring to protect. I wanted to ask you, what about agencies that are just starting out? I'm just starting out. I poured everything into this. I'm down to my last dollar. But I believe in the next month, I'm gonna get a few clients. At least the first one. I mean, I see I start to get momentum. But how would you prepare if you're a beginner agency, nothing, just starting out? I don't even have cash for the next two months. I've invested it all. What do you recommend me to do or anyone in my Position Right now I don't have all the operational costs Should I just focus I'm trying to get the first few clients and not think about this video Or should I get the first clients Then prioritize keep in churn At minimum.

I'm just starting out And I saw so many wins in so many niches and I know have to stick to my niche my niche is roofing but I haven't found anyone that's doing well in the roofing niche for a long time should I consider switching niche Has anyone won with the roofing niche? I've been in it for about two months and I'm figuring to move to solar but II have done so much research that I know it will be just to restart from the beginning and it would be stupid What do you think? @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Hey Jimmy, honestly, I am shocked and honored I didn't think you're gonna respond, especially not this fast so thank you so much !!!! I totally get what you're saying and I think right now it is pain Avoidance because I'm saying it's not working I'm afraid I will encounter scammers that will scam their clients im afraid of not getting them results And I haven't even started yet so I'm going to really give it a shot for the next two to 4 months and I'll see if I see service delivery i'm able to do good service delivery I see that their clients and them both are happy Then I go All in all in on this but in case I see service delivery or clients problem their clients then I might need to rethink where am I moving There's so much pressure yet on that decision, you know not making the wrong decision Because time is running out. I'll give it a shot I will actually get clients I would actually see what the market say And again thank you so much for your response I really really really appreciate it.
