Your body is a pendulum. The sway test is one of the easiest ways to tap into your own guidance system through your nervous system. How? Stand still. Get grounded, take a breath. Ask a yes or no question. Then just notice… Do you naturally sway forward? Or shift back? It’s your nervous system and intuition working together to give you an answer. Forward may feel like a yes. Back may feel like a no. We’ve been conditioned to look outside of us for answers. And while tools are great (you know I love them!), they’re not required. You are the tool. <—Ok - now I’m laughing at myself with that statement…but I hope you get the point! Did you know about this? Do you use this as a way of getting a yes/no confirmation?
