Write down one belief that no longer serves you. (Example: “I’m not enough” or “Things never work out for me.”) 2. Cross it out boldly. 3. Underneath, write a new empowering belief to replace it. (Example: “I am more than enough” or “Life supports me in amazing ways.”) That tiny shift can ripple into huge momentum over time. Find a way to see it consistently for at least a week.
