Leaving the Old Beliefs Behind
We all carry beliefs that shape how we see ourselves and the world. Some lift us up… and some weigh us down.
Here’s a simple practice you can try today:
  1. Write down one belief that no longer serves you. (Example: “I’m not enough” or “Things never work out for me.”)
  2. Cross it out boldly.
  3. Underneath, write a new empowering belief to replace it. (Example: “I am more than enough” or “Life supports me in amazing ways.”)
That tiny shift can ripple into huge momentum over time. Find a way to see it consistently for at least a week.
Here are some ways you can do this:
✅Put a recurring reminder in your phone that goes off the same time each day
✅ Put a posted note on your bathroom mirror
✅ Set an alarm with a title of your new belief and have it go off at least 1x per day
