Got a potential deal on my hands, seller is open to a subject-to but they’ve got about $90K in equity. Curious how you’d structure this. Would you set it up as a hybrid with a second note to cover the equity, or approach it another way? Looking for some insight, seller is motivated and ready to move, so this could turn into a solid opportunity.
