Generic lead magnets are dead. "Download our free guide." "Here's a checklist." Nobody reads them. Your prospect already has 40 PDFs they'll never open sitting in their downloads folder. Here's what's working instead. If you're sitting on your own dataset - even if it's built from public sources - Scraped data on your market. Pricing, availability, who's expanding, review trends. That data shouldn’t just sit in your targeting layer. It can become the offer. Instead of "let's chat about what we do," the CTA becomes: "We've built a competitive analysis for your market. We can show you exactly where you stand versus your top 10 competitors." That's a fundamentally different ask. It's specific to them, their market, their competitors. It's something no generic agency can offer because they don't have the data. What's the best performing cold email CTA you've used in the last 90 days?
