Skiptracing
I am primarily using TruePeopleSearch to skiptrace my leads, but most of the time the information is not accurate. Are paid skiptracing services worth it and do they provide better information?

ĀæCĆ³mo estĆ”s, JosĆ©?, TruePeopleSearch is a good option if you have little to no budget for data. However, there are several skip tracing services available, and one I recommend is BatchSkipTracing. As the saying goes, āYou get what you pay for.ā When you have a little extra money, investing in a quality skip tracing service is definitely worth it!

There is a preforeclosure & Divorce Lead I am working. Can a Sub 2 Deal work if there is a Divorce taking place, does the husband and wife both need to be on board? Wife stated Husband is not on title nor on the mortgage. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Seller waited too longā¦( Back Taxes )
I had the seller contact the county to start the tax redemption process. In Illinois, homeowners have about three years to redeem; if they donāt, the buyer acquires the property for a fraction of its value. This is one of the deals weāre working on.
