There are a few posts I'd leave up. The rock climbing photo at the beginning and the poker video. I honestly like the second photo in your most recent post better than you on a beach with a trophy, even that it's a bit blurry. The action shot is way better especially since you're holding the trophy in the video. Everything else I'd archive. I'd start copying from the IG testimonials.
