Its 8:43am A young small boy with a green backpack, bright blue eyes, short blonde hair is running to school hoping that his 3rd grade teacher doesn’t scold him As he approaches the front door to the school he can feel his pulse accelerating This day will the course of his his life.... forever This morning, he was helping his mom, because dad was at work and mom just gave birth to a beautiful little baby girl. As he runs up the stairs to the second floor and approaches his class he can hear his heart pounding, his cortisol spikes. 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 Speak to a mirror in your target language for a min of 1 minute. This sounds crazy but it is literally the most underrated way to get better at becoming conversational.
