Day 4 of Drew’s Digital Hiatus

Day 3 of Drew’s Digital Hiatus.
Good morning! I thought today would be a good day for Drew’s challenging 102 sit-to-stand session that Kris suggested. I believe many of us have a tendency to ease off a bit on Fridays as we look forward to that precious weekend. Yet we best serve ourselves and others when we continue to give our best effort. I hope we are all here at age 102. That said, it occurred to me that this session may place too much strain on some members with hip, knee, or ankle issues. So I’ve also included a second, gentler session from Drew’s Norway trip below that may be more suitable for you at this time. @Olga Banaszak the fires are naturl. Water bomber plans are putting them out. This year there are more, from how dry it is.

All Movement Matters
Today we celebrate all forms of movement. Whether it's yoga, Qigong, functional fitness, walking, gardening, or simply doing chores, it all counts. Every movement is worthwhile. This will be my last session for a little while as I step back from screens and spend more time cultivating presence and awareness in my own life. Thank you for moving with me. I wish you all the very best, and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Until then, keep moving.

My airplane had a bit of terbulance,on take off. Wall sit was good. Every time I try digital detox, I miss Import friends calls or I'm told I'm rude. Happy Monday, new week.
