Good Tuesday morning, I ve been sick since new years eve breakfast. But have still showed up for everyday energy. Today I think I'm feeling better. Looking forward to tomorrow and a day off. And movement.

Good Sunday Morning, 1 st try body is grumpy. Back is sore. A little dizzy, need more water with a pinch of salt. Will try movement again . Have a blessed Sunday. Soon the darkness will fade to light. We re gaining daylight.
Day 3: Just Move | Moving Through January
Movement doesn’t have to be perfect, and it’s not always convenient. Some days it’s easy, some days it’s a challenge. Move anyway. This isn’t about exercise, it’s just movement for the sake of moving. Move for your mood. Move for your energy. Consistency wins every time. Notice how much better you feel when you show up, no matter what.
