Hi everyone, I’m new to the group. I’ve been involved in property for 37 years, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned (perhaps later than I should!) is that education is everything. The market changes, strategies evolve, and staying sharp really matters. I’ve joined to keep learning, exchange real insights, and connect with people who take property seriously and want to do things properly.
