🌱 WEEK 1 — Detox Foundations Detox starts with:🪴 Remove what’s stressing the liver 🙏🏻: alcohol, ultra-processed foods, excess sugar. Less in = less to clear. Hydration helps here > aim for 2-3L per day if not cardiac restricted. Hi Anne x good luck with your new career direction x I live in Shropshire near the border of north wales , which I Iove x I’m a retired tomato teacher lol I’ll leave it at that (primary) lol .. iv e always been a seekerof spirituality and truth and was brought up in a loving catholic home .. with an Italian background ! I enjoy felting and art of all kinds so I guess I’m a creative .. I’m passionate about herbs and food generally and its functional application to good health .. so I’m all ears and really want to get myself back to fitness !! Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️
