This customer left us a google review AND called me last week to tell me how much he appreciated the great care we put into packing his classic guitar amp. He told me this piece was “Rare” only 4 ever made and valuable. He even said he was restless, 😬 nervous, lost sleep while this was in transit. lol But once he received it and unpacked it, then plugged it in to find out it even works! He was so ecstatic. He had to let me know and wanted to tell the world! In this industry the phone rings most often because there is a problem and it needs to be fixed.
