Amazon is now refusing to ship the syringes to me! Suggestions?

Every time I take my Tirz, I am struggling with three to four days of constant itching and pain in the site. I get a knot and a large red mark that is about 1.5 inches across. Does anyone else have this reaction? If so, how do you deal with it? I can't imagine continuing with this type of reaction.
