Done! Well sort of.....
Almost finished, just the blocking, weaving in of ends and ribbon to attach. This is my second steek BUT first successful one. I am inspired to go retrieve my other steek project out of the quarantine pile and finish it. I loved the classroom tips that Zanete shared. Very helpful.

Did you finish the collar in a different way as proposed in the pattern ? It looks like a folded collar?

@Seana Franz really nice finishing. How did you manage with the button band? Did you first knitted and folded the collar and then, « attach » the button band by picking up stitches in the selvedge of the collar ?
Behind schedule….
But working simultaneously on body and sleeves.

@Cyndi Fairfield thank you!
Clue 4 - Cardigan - floats in the cast-on stitches for the underarms?
on rows 1-2 & 7-8 (clue 4 forthe cardigan), how do we have to knit the underarm cast-on stitches (from Clue 3): do we purl them or are we we suppose to do the 3 stitches with "sl wyf" (and create the floats even in the underarm sections)?
Treating dominant english knitting
Still confused… I have my yarns in my right hand. Is dominant the upper or de lower yarn? And dominant says: the colour that is most dominant in your pattern..

as I understand it: the dominant yarn is the yarn that should "pop" out in the pattern. this yarn must be taken below the other one. So, if the pattern says "treat color A as dominant", yarn A is knit from below the other color.
Clue 2 finished with some doubts.
Forgive me if this is redundant, I thought I posted this but it doesn't seem to have worked. So, like many of us, I obsessively knitted up clue 2 already. It's reminding me of a vintage carpet, in a good way. My doubt is in the Clue 2 colorwork section. I've noticed in other knitter's photos that the design really pops when cA is light and cC is dark. My colorway is the opposite and I'm having trouble seeing the design. Also, my cC is Noro Silk Garden Solo which is a thick/thin single. While the stitch definition is fine, it does not lend itself to crisp edges. I'm wondering if I should frog it and redo Clue 2 in a different yarn. I feel it has a certain aesthetic that isn't all bad but I can't see it objectively right now. Feedback and troubleshooting is welcome.

keep it as it this! personnally, as I see it, the design is popping out; but of course you're the one who decide. in a way, taking part to a "mystery" project means accepting that we don't control everything. but this being said,I am questioning my choice of colors constantly. So...😉
