I’m hosting something special this Friday and I think you might want to be part of it... This isn’t a webinar or a workshop. It’s a Deep Work Tank. Here's how it works in 5 steps: Step 1) Send me a DM now to get the link. Step 2) On Friday we'll hop on Zoom for 8 hours. Cameras are on, microphones are off. Step 3) We work on our business for 8 hours. No distractions, no interruptions. Just deep focus. Checking things off our to-do list, one at a time. Step 4) Every hour we take a quick 5 min break, unmute and say hey. Step 5) At the end, we share what we completed 🏆 It’ll be a co-working ultra marathon for online business owners who want to seriously get SH*T DONE! Imagine what you could accomplish in 8 hours of pure focus with accountability... • Outline your course? DONE. • Schedule a month of emails? DONE. • Batch film a month of Instagram & YouTube content? Hosting an 8 hour work session this Friday where we all hop on zoom and just get stuff done with cameras on but mics off. Take 5 minute breaks every hour to check in then back to work. It's free and starts 6am pst, good for knocking out big projects like course outlines, content batching, or fixing up your systems.
I paid $1,000 for this coaching call. You can watch it for free.
Michael Hauge is a story telling GOAT in Hollywood and has worked with big names like Will Smith to help them write more profitable stories. I was blessed to worked with him on Zoom to get help making my webinar story stronger. I paid $1,000 for the call and never planned on releasing this private video recording but here you go... Enjoy ❤️ Ted

Coaching calls like this are gold but most people watch once and forget everything. I took notes during a $500 session and still reference them 6 months later. Watch it with a notepad and write down 3 specific things you can use this week. Expensive advice only works if you actually apply it instead of just consuming more content.

Most people read great posts and never see them again. Having a quick save system means you can build your own knowledge base from the best content you find. 1. Install the Clipper extension and test it on 3-4 posts to make sure it grabs everything you need. Check if it saves the post text plus any images or links. 2. Create folders in Clipper for different topics so you can find stuff later. Something like "Marketing Ideas" or "Business Strategies" works better than one giant folder. 3. Set a weekly review time to actually go through your saved posts. The real value comes from revisiting and applying the ideas, not just hoarding them. You could also screenshot key posts directly to your phone if you want something even faster than browser extensions. I save about 20 posts per week from various communities and review them Sunday mornings. Found some of my best business ideas that way. Happy to share my folder setup if you want to message me about organizing saved content.

@Zahida A Khan Sure! Here's my Clipper folder structure that's worked well for me: Main Categories: Marketing & Growth (tactics, case studies, campaign ideas) Business Strategy (frameworks, decision-making tools) Industry Insights (trends, predictions, analysis) Tools & Resources (software recs, templates, guides) Personal Development (productivity, skills, mindset) Sub-folders I use most: Marketing & Growth → Social Media, Email, Content, Paid Ads Business Strategy → Pricing, Operations, Team Building Tools & Resources → Free Tools, Paid Software, Templates My tagging system: I add quick tags like #actionable, #beginner, #advanced, #case-study so I can filter by what I need in the moment. Sunday Review Process: 1. Scan through the week's saves (usually 15-20 posts) 2. Move 3-5 best ones to an "Action This Week" folder 3. Archive or delete anything that doesn't feel relevant anymore 4. Update my running "Ideas to Test" document with specific takeaways The key is keeping folders broad enough that you don't overthink where to save something, but specific enough that you can find it later when you need it. Anyone else have folder systems that work well for them?"
🚀Here Are 7 Persuasive Psychological Marketing Principles
The seminal book, "Influence" by Dr. Robert Cialdini will show you how to be super persuasive and hear that magical word, 'YES,' more often in your business deals and everyday life! If you've been in the online game long, you've seen many of these Persuasion Principles. This book is the secret sauce behind many successful off/online marketing campaigns, teaching you how to ethically tip the scale in your favor and close more sales. So, let's get ready to level up your persuasion skills while having fun – just remember to use your new superpowers for good, yuh hear? 😉 TL;DR: The 7 Principles of Influence (see screenshot #2 & #3) 1️⃣ Reciprocity : Give first → Ask later - A skincare brand offers a free eBook on "5 Steps to Glowing Skin" to email subscribers → causing an increase in sales. - You help a neighbor move → they invite you to dinner later. 2️⃣ Commitment : Start small → Build big. - An app asks users to commit to “3 workouts this week” → leads to premium subscriptions. - You start journaling daily → soon you’re writing pages every night. 3️⃣ Social Proof : Follow the crowd. - A SaaS company showcases testimonials like “10,000+ businesses use us!” → increases sign-ups. - You see friends raving about a new Netflix movie → you decide to watch it too. 4️⃣ Liking : People buy from those they like. - Influencers with relatable vibes sell products effortlessly → think TikTok. - Your friend recommends a book → you buy it just because they’re so excited. 5️⃣ Authority : Trust the experts. - A financial advisor posts LinkedIn videos wearing a suit → builds credibility. - You trust your doctor’s advice over random Google AI results. 6️⃣ Scarcity : Rare = desirable. - An e-commerce site uses “Flash Sale: Ends in 2 Hours!” → drives urgency. - You grab the last slice of pizza at a party → FOMO wins. 7️⃣ Unity : Shared values = stronger bonds. - A brand aligns with #ClimateAction → eco-conscious buyers flock to them. - You bond with someone over a shared love of hiking → instant friendship.

@Zahida A Khan The commitment and consistency principle hits different in digital marketing. People want to stay true to what they've already said or done publicly. That's why email opt-ins work better when you ask for a small commitment first, like answering a quick question. Tried this with a client's landing page. Instead of jumping straight to email signup, we added a simple poll about their biggest challenge. Conversion rates jumped 40% because people felt more invested after participating. The scarcity one is tricky though. Real scarcity works great but fake countdown timers backfire when people notice they reset. Which principle do you find works best for building long term customer relationships?

Just attended Alex's private session and the content strategy stuff is pure gold. Most creators are still posting random content hoping something sticks. The biggest takeaway is that content without a system is just noise. Alex showed how top Skool creators use specific frameworks to turn casual browsers into paying members. The difference between $500/month communities and $50k/month ones comes down to three things. 1. Hook people in the first 3 seconds - use pattern interrupts like "Stop doing X if you want Y" or "The thing nobody tells you about Z." Test 5 different hooks per week and track which ones get the most engagement. 2. Build content bridges to your community - end every post with a soft transition to your Skool group. Instead of "join my community," try "I share the full framework inside my group" or "members get the templates for this." 3. Use the 80/20 content split - 80% pure value with no pitch, 20% subtle community mentions. The free content should be so good people assume your paid stuff is even better. The alternative is posting daily without strategy and hoping for luck. Most creators burn out in 6 months that way. I run a small Skool community myself and this session changed how I think about content completely. Happy to share my notes if you want them.
