@Shea Hammond thank you bro. Yeah I think most of the time I seem to bounce on the low kick as I’m stepping into it. Either I go flat footed as I’m pivoting or being on my toes. I need to work on staying on the balls of my feet.
@Shea Hammond thank you bro. I do need to be more faster while maintaining good technique and form. Like you said, more feints as well. I was really trying to focus on maintaining a good form so that it can become a muscle memory in sparring
