I joined about a month ago, so I thought it was time for a proper intro! 😉 I’m Honorata - born and raised in Poland, but I’ve lived and worked around the world, from Thailand and the UK to Australia, with about three years of digital nomading in between 🌍. I spent 12+ years across tech startups, business development, sales, consulting and startup acceleration management, working with founders and growing businesses internationally. Today, I’m a Founder & Executive Coach. I combine that experience with coaching, behavioural change and practical strategy - working internationally with businesses owners, leaders and professionals to help them build & scale, step up as leaders or start their own businesses. Think of it as a mix of mindset + strategy - getting clear on what you want, working through what’s getting in the way and turning that into aligned action to create results.
