Good morning everyone! I just wanted to jump on here and remind all the FBM sellers to set up their on-time delivery rate (OTDR) protection. I say this because recently I was hit with four late deliveries within a span of three days. I sent them all out on time ( even some a day early), however, it was the carrier’s fault and there’s nothing we could really do about that besides take the hit. And here’s the CRAZY part— two of those four deliveries were delivered “on time”. An example was it was promised to be delivered by 5–6 and the actual delivery date was 5–6 and I was marked late. I reached out to Amazon to see what the problem was and apparently they go off of time as well 😭😭Apparently this customer was promised to get their delivery, not only on 5/6 but by 7 AM. I didn’t even know that was a thing! And Because it was just a few hours late, mind you arrived on the correct date, it counted as a mark. Once that happened, I immediately googled “how to turn on your OTDR protection on Amazon seller Central” and boom there are the three steps written out. Hope this helps everyone! Take care!
