My Re-Up
VISION: Being a top-performing goalkeeper, starting in one of the top-tier leagues in Europe (Germany, England or Spain) and getting to play for my national team. #1 RESULT: By the end of the season: Being fully recovered from my injury back in top shape and find a way to get playing on a higher-level team than the one I am right now. NEXT GOAL: 1. Be able to walk with no crutches in an air walker with no pain (by the end of next week) 2. Improving on the tactical aspect of the game as well as bettering my physical shape in areas I'm still able to train for (end of injury - 6-8 weeks) ACTIONS 1. Map out a clear schedule that includes mental and doable physical training as well as time for physical therapy and recovery for my foot (by today) 2. Create a new nutrition plan given my new activity level and goals (by today) 3. Find a place where I can borrow out a magnetic-field-therapy machine over multiple weeks and go get it (by this friday) 4. Learn about visualization techniques to train passively (by tomorrow) What do you guys think? Any ideas or things I can improve on?

Hey Pauline, looks great! Just two things I might say you can tweak to make it even better First for the vision, is it your ultimate vision just to play for your national team? Or be a consistent starter? Best the national team has ever seen? Totally up to you but I would challenge how much you stretch that vision. The other thing is for the actions you can be more specific. For example the fourth action “learn visualization techniques” is a little vague. What is the physical action you will do? Maybe something like “spend one hour on YouTube looking up high level visualization techniques”. Other than that it’s a great first Re Up! Keep it up!

@Pauline Pierre always a very specific, practical action! And you can put a timeframe if you want, just kinda depends on how often you’re reupping (daily, weekly, etc)

Vision: 1. World class educator and coach for investors looking to expand into web 3 and decentralized finance. 2. Be a full time investor and intraprenuer for the world fastest growing financial education platform. 3. Lead a fully booked out group coaching program bringing in 6-figures of revenue into the business. 4. Leader of a vibrant, active, and thriving online community. 5. Leading and speaking in front of hundreds of members at our quarterly events around the world. #1 Result: Scale up my group coaching program by consistently enrolling an average of 25 members bringing in 6-figures of revenue into the business per month in 2025. Next Goal: To create an internal marketing plan for the months of March and April to attract and enroll 25+ members into my Accelerator group coaching program. Control Wins (Actions): 1. Review previous marketing moves that were effective in the past. 2. Brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to test out. 3. Hey Colin! Love the Re Up! Only two things I might tweak. I love your vision, especially how clear and detailed it is. I would just say maybe writing it in a way that is a bit more concise and that just kinda meshes into one whole thing/one whole picture. Just as opposed to a numbered list. The other thing is for your first action, maybe just a little bit more specific. Like "review" is a little bit general. What is the specific physical action you will take? Other than that, it looks great to me! Keep it up 👊

That is amazing to hear! I first found the podcast when I was a sophomore in college back in 2018. I was a back up goalkeeper for my college soccer team. I felt severely misunderstood and felt like I couldn't relate to anyone around me. I found the podcast and started listening almost religiously since everything Niyi was saying resonated so much with me. I was able in the next year to earn the starting spot on my college team and now I am currently playing my 5th year of pro soccer!
