My Re-Up -- (What do y'all think? Anything I can improve upon?)
Vision: 1. World class educator and coach for investors looking to expand into web 3 and decentralized finance. 2. Be a full time investor and intraprenuer for the world fastest growing financial education platform. 3. Lead a fully booked out group coaching program bringing in 6-figures of revenue into the business. 4. Leader of a vibrant, active, and thriving online community. 5. Leading and speaking in front of hundreds of members at our quarterly events around the world. #1 Result: Scale up my group coaching program by consistently enrolling an average of 25 members bringing in 6-figures of revenue into the business per month in 2025. Next Goal: To create an internal marketing plan for the months of March and April to attract and enroll 25+ members into my Accelerator group coaching program. Control Wins (Actions): 1. Review previous marketing moves that were effective in the past. 2. Brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to test out. 3. Create a 1-pager and map out + schedule out the marketing moves in my calendar for March + April. -- Tonight's session was killer, thanks for the time, the energy, and wisdom you gave to us. @Niyi Sobo

@Andrew Pannenberg Heard, like one continuous mini paragraph that brings it all together? I love that idea, way easier to read. I'll work on this. And for the second point you made, how about: "Assess and analyze what worked well in the last 3 months and make a short list of repeatable actions or deliverables I can produce for March and April." I'll edit this in my personal doc shortly, thanks brother.

Hey @Niyi Sobo , I'll be there. I have a coaching call with my group at 5pm PST so I'll have to dip right before the top of the hour but looking forward to it. So far I am working through the introduction in KI and it has me hype, you've done a great job at putting that together. My question is a very simple one right now as I am not too deep into things yet and not sure if this is appropriate for this Q&A call but I want to learn more about your KI Society call and what the Business Strategy Vault is all about. This sounds like something that could seriously help me but I just wanted to learn more about it and to see if I should just focus 100% of my attention on KI first or if these two programs run in tandem with each other. Looking forward to the call this evening.
Killer Instinct 2025
Yoo @Niyi Sobo, is the killer instinct program still going? I'm interested in learning more about this program and what it looks like now in 2025.

The Blueprint
What's going on Killers. Colin Mason here from Fort Worth, TX. @Niyi Sobo I just finished the Blueprint session in the Classroom and DANG, it definitely exposed some holes in my own planning systems that I've been running for quite some time now. I think the biggest hole was clarity on OUTCOMES. You see I have a lot of responsibilities and wear a lot of hats as I help lead and run a start up business, I am heavily involved in marketing, sales, but most focused on delivery and coaching myself and I LOVE what I do and my days and weeks are planned well in advance but sometimes I do just to do because I have to instead of intentionally taking actions to lead to clear outcomes. That light bulb clicked for me. The other piece of the puzzle that I was missing was KPI tracking, I use a lot of KPIs to track business production and results but never really implemented personal KPIs to track my own performance. And the Anticipation Playbook was killer too, it makes a ton of sense to identify what obstacles might pop up that would deflect us off of the path, knowing these ahead of time makes it easier to overcome them when they pop up on the path. Appreciate the work you're putting in here and want to take this to the next level.
