Sunday meal prep
It's Sunday so that means 2 things at my house: 1) Hoping my fantasy football team gets their act together this week. 2) Meal prep. And if you know me, you know that means I've most likely got some eggs boiling. Comment below some of your favorite meal prep options!

What’s your egg boiling technique?

@Billy Cedar I will cover the eggs with water and turn the heat on hi. I will bring water to a boil and then drop it down to a low temp put a lid on and simmer for 12 minutes. Then I will take them off and cool like you… a lot of ways to boil an egg!
What are you "training" for?
While training for competition, it's pretty clear what we're training for. But even if you don't compete anymore, you can still be training for something. Whether it's for a daily activity or lifelong fitness, we can still be training for a goal (even if the training looks a lot different now). Comment below what you are training for/working toward! I'll go first.

Training for lifelong health and the ability to have fun. I want to be able to jump into new challenges or activities without concern and be able to enjoy the experiences

@Billy Cedar yeah that’s the type of activities I want to continue to be able to do. Haven’t done a tough mudder recently, just races tho
