12/11 I've kinda taken this week "off". Mainly relaxing and resting. I haven't done much fast method/stretching/thumbpulling, nor studying or working on content. I do have been wearing my toe spacers and RevivTwo a lot. My toes indeed have come apart a bit from each other. I've been sleep a lot more (naturally waking up much later) and feeling very tired. Also feeling a bit unmotivated 😅 Apart from that these past few days my right ear has been blocked. I also got a pimple right in the entrance of the ear canal. And today my hearing overall feels a bit "weird". Yesterday I also noticed I had a lot of earwax buildup (to be fair these symptoms could just be because I recently started wearing earplugs to sleep), and a bit of enlargement on my gums near my left downard wisdom tooth and again on my premolars, which seem to continue to erupt. I've been eating much more histamine-rich foods without any neck tension, until today. During these two weeks I also struggled with songs during singing class, even after practicing (although my vocalizations continue to improve). Probably related to my fatigue and changes in hearing.
