I used to love to run until I started having lower back pain. As I work thru that I’ve been walking and I love HIIT. As long as it’s not too much jumping.

@Justin Andrade yes PT and I get monthly massages and acupuncture. Apparently it’s my glutes that can be causing the lower back pain plus sitting too long at work. So I need to be more consistent with doing my glute exercises
