I see cleaners constantly saying: โClients wonโt pay more.โ โThe market is saturated.โ โPeople donโt respect cleaning.โ Iโve been in this industry 15+ years. Solo. Referral-only. Six figures. The problem usually isnโt the client. Itโs: - No clear pricing logic - No boundaries - Saying yes to everything - Confusing busy with profitable I didnโt make more money by cleaning faster.
