I see cleaners constantly saying:
“Clients won’t pay more.”
“The market is saturated.”
“People don’t respect cleaning.”
I’ve been in this industry 15+ years.
Solo. Referral-only. Six figures.
The problem usually isn’t the client.
It’s:
- No clear pricing logic
- No boundaries
- Saying yes to everything
- Confusing busy with profitable
I didn’t make more money by cleaning faster.
I made more money by deciding what I will and will not do.
