Using AI vs USING AI
Like most people, I'd been using ChatGPT to write things, ask questions and review the odd bit of code, and I thought that meant I was using AI. It didn't. Not even close. Then I stumbled onto Nate's channel (and now this community), and it honestly changed the way we work. The WAT framework was probably the biggest lightbulb moment. Nate explains agentic workflows in a way that just makes sense. I watched the 36-minute Claude Code beginner video three times. Not because I had to, but because every time I watched it, something else clicked. Since then we've completely changed how we build software. We now have agents with specific jobs, memory that carries context between sessions, reusable skills, and workflows that mean we're not constantly repeating ourselves. Instead of spending hours on the boring repetitive stuff, we let the agents handle it and focus on the parts that actually need us. The time savings have been insane. Projects we'd normally estimate in months are now taking weeks. But the biggest change wasn't even the speed. I actually enjoy working again. There were parts of this job I used to dread because they were repetitive or just mentally exhausting. Now I catch myself looking forward to opening my laptop in the morning. I honestly didn't expect AI to do that. Massive thanks to Nate for everything he shares. And for those just checking in, wondering whether it's worth learning... it is.
How I got my AI into a bigger (warmer) market. No ads, no cold email.
I built an AI tool that actually worked. An AI system that re-books dead leads. Database reactivation. It did the job (really well). One problem: The people who needed it most had no idea I existed.. I didn't have a build problem... ...I had a distribution problem. And most of us, when we hit that wall, do the same thing: go back and build MORE. Add another feature. Watch three more videos. Make it fancier. Or grind out cold DMs and content and hope something sticks. I skipped all of it and went looking for one person instead. Not a customer… The one person who already OWNED the room full of customers I wanted. My target market was solar companies. ☀️ A whole ocean of them. So I hopped into a few solar Facebook groups and lurked. Same name kept popping up. One "influencer" every solar owner seemed to follow. So I did my research on him. 🔍 Turns out he wasn't just an influencer… He ran a data-aggregation company, a whole network of lead-gen sites that funneled leads into his software and out to his solar clients. Here's the part that mattered: ✅ He already had the audience. ✅ He already had the exact companies I wanted. ✅ And his business only made money when those solar companies WON. That last one is the key. His income was tied to my dream customers succeeding. So he had every reason to hear me out. So I didn't pitch him. I PARTNERED with him. One short zoom call and I showed him the fit: his lead-gen pours people in the front door… my AI works the back door, quietly re-booking the ones who went cold. His whole funnel, every leak plugged. 🚰 I offered a risk-free, performance-based deal so he and his clients had ZERO downside. He introduced me to 3 of his biggest clients on the spot. A few weeks later my AI was living in their systems, booking meetings on autopilot. One of those clients did $147,000 in sales from a list their reps had already given up on. 🔥 My cut? $15,000. 💰 No ads. Not one cold email to a solar company. I found the one person who already had the room, and we built something neither of us had alone.

RuFlo - Thoughts?
Hi All, I'm working through day 3 of the 7 day AIS challenge and I could be getting ahead of myself but has anyone here installed RuFlo? I'm trying to understand what this does and how it differs from an AI OS. Should this be installed sooner rather than later to incorporate any skills or workflows I create on a global level? Any insight this group is able to provide is greatly appreciated!

it can be very frustrating trust me, same with apple dev accounts, but push through, its worth it at the end, we use it a lot for meta apps that integrate with client websites.
