How I got my AI into a bigger (warmer) market. No ads, no cold email.
I built an AI tool that actually worked. An AI system that re-books dead leads. Database reactivation. It did the job (really well). One problem: The people who needed it most had no idea I existed.. I didn't have a build problem... ...I had a distribution problem. And most of us, when we hit that wall, do the same thing: go back and build MORE. Add another feature. Watch three more videos. Make it fancier. Or grind out cold DMs and content and hope something sticks. I skipped all of it and went looking for one person instead. Not a customer… The one person who already OWNED the room full of customers I wanted. My target market was solar companies. ☀️ A whole ocean of them. So I hopped into a few solar Facebook groups and lurked. Same name kept popping up. One "influencer" every solar owner seemed to follow. So I did my research on him. 🔍 Turns out he wasn't just an influencer… He ran a data-aggregation company, a whole network of lead-gen sites that funneled leads into his software and out to his solar clients. Here's the part that mattered: ✅ He already had the audience. ✅ He already had the exact companies I wanted. ✅ And his business only made money when those solar companies WON. That last one is the key. His income was tied to my dream customers succeeding. So he had every reason to hear me out. So I didn't pitch him. I PARTNERED with him. One short zoom call and I showed him the fit: his lead-gen pours people in the front door… my AI works the back door, quietly re-booking the ones who went cold. His whole funnel, every leak plugged. 🚰 I offered a risk-free, performance-based deal so he and his clients had ZERO downside. He introduced me to 3 of his biggest clients on the spot. A few weeks later my AI was living in their systems, booking meetings on autopilot. One of those clients did $147,000 in sales from a list their reps had already given up on. 🔥 My cut? $15,000. 💰 No ads. Not one cold email to a solar company. I found the one person who already had the room, and we built something neither of us had alone.

How to Get Paid for AI Tools Without an Audience 💰
Howdy AIS Rockstars. 🤖 I gotta confess something that took me WAY too long to figure out. For years, I thought the skill was building with AI. I'd lose entire weekends to it. Tweaking agents, chasing whatever shiny new tool was FINALLY gonna change everything. I had a folder full of stuff I built. And almost none of it made a dime. Here's the part that stung… The building was never the hard part. Me, you, a 14-year-old with Claude and a free Saturday can now build just about anything. AI got sooo good that "I built a tool" stopped being impressive. It's the price of admission now, not the prize. So if everybody can build… what's actually worth anything? Eyeballs! 👀 The RIGHT ones. And it's getting in front of eyeballs that no one wants to talk about, because it smells like "selling," and most builders would rather build for another six months than send one scary outreach message. (I see it in every community I'm in. There's ALWAYS somebody asking "okay, but how do I actually sell this thing?") After realizing my “Projects” folder was getting bigger and bigger… I stopped trying to build for the sake of building. ...and I started partnering with people who already HAD the eyeballs! Here's my playbook 👇 I find an expert. Somebody who already teaches the thing, already has a room full of people hanging on their every word. Then I take what they already teach… ...and I turn it into a AI tools that makes them look like a HERO to their audience! They don't have to learn to build. I don't have to learn to sell. They just hand it to the people who already love them and we split the revenue. That's how CreatorFinder did $19K before it ever officially "launched." I lived the other version of this for way too long… I was the guy with a hard drive full of brilliant tools and a checking account that didn't agree. Smartest builder in the room, quietly broke. And the worst part wasn't the money. It was looking like a guy who could make anything except a sale.

@Dionny Chejito couldn't agree more. that's the #1 Q i like to ask. Open Rates = real audience size/signal
What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.

Integrating n8n chatbot with wordpress?
Has anyone had any luck with integrating wordpress/elementor with an n8n chatbot and AI functions? I'm ideally looking for something simple (and free?) where I can embed the n8n chat agent, as I've built an n8n Q&A agent that queries a business financial, sales and Go-to-market strategy book I have written (stored in QDrant) for answers to questions. There doesn't seem to be anything on the n8n chatboards at this time...

n8n "tools" bug?
Hey guys! Just updated my self-hosted n8n to the current version 1.65.2 and now I'm getting this error when the ai agent calls ANY tool. I've tried all the different options to fudge the prompt and output different JSON structures but no luck. Anyone run into this before? Everything was working fine on 1.54 🤔

@Nate Herk thanks man, figured it out. You have to replace ALL of your call workflow nodes with the new nodes. It’s frustrating if you have a ton of workflows and agents lol
