I’ve got approved for Capital one credit and after online access of the account hours later they sent me email: We’re restricting your Capital One® bank account(s) until we can verify some of your personal information. I tried verifying with my passport live photo but its not being accepted , few hours back when they sent me link over phone for verification when i was creating app account on that link it worked but now now working I’m frustrated please help

I tried opening Bank of America before and it didn't work. Couldn't verify me online, they asked me to go to a branch with 2 forms of ID. This time I try again. And it worked. What I did: I opened Advantage Plus Banking and Advantage Savings. During the application, I selected U.S. resident alien even though that's not technically my status. The account opened instantly - well, it went into review first, and after about 1 hour I got the approval email. No identity verification was asked this time. I also applied through the USD 500 cash bonus offer. The only thing I changed this time: I applied from my desktop using the Classroom setup with the USD 1 data proxy.
