Amazon integration with CRM?
I may be looking at this all wrong. If so please let me know. Anyhow, am wondering if there is a way to integrate selling Amazon books and digital exclusives with Growthworks CRM? I want to run a Facebook campaign test offer of a 'free' physical book delivered by Amazon along with free access to an Amazon digital exclusive without me having to setup a physical shipping center in my home office. I have a friend who has converted her garage into a shipping center doing something similar (not via Growthworks). After going through a walk through of her sales process and delivery process I don't want to live like that. //shudder// Hoping there is a way to integrate Amazon fulfillment instead. Thanks in advance if there is a way to make this happen w/i Growthworks CRM or for helping me see the forest and the trees.

@S Santiago If someone purchases from Amazon I lose access to contact details for back end follow up. So I want them to purchase through a CRM that I control without me having to pre-order and then manually ship the POD items from home (like my friend is doing) and w/o me having to manually enter the prospect's email details into Amazon for them to get the electronic version for free. There is an easier way? I'm Googling 'Frank Kern Convert 2.0' next. Thx

@Paisley Zoey I certainly am all ears. Sounds like I may be over complicating things. I did not know there may be an existing way to ship POD via a CRM I myself control. Am having the darnedest time finding a CRM that specifically lists this as doable. Thx
Nine-Step Framework to eBook...
I'm excited to share that I've completed my nine-step framework, which is now available as a book (ebook) via my site (and hopefully soon-to-be paperback via Amazon). The book encourages folks to take the next step of scheduling a strategy session, as Aaron recommends. I want to clarify that the intention behind this book is NOT to replace me nor to render my services obsolete. Instead, I created the book to use as a lead generation tool, establishing me as an authority by following the steps in Aaron's materials for creating videos--but I turned mine into a book. The book is not perfect. But it is finished. For now. As my therapist says, release my work and adjust as I go instead of holding back forever waiting for 'perfection.' The content, including the internal workbooks, is designed to create a sense of overwhelm for those who delve into it as well as create authority for me. For the savvy individuals, employing the nine steps alongside the included bonus section's prompts can potentially replace my direct guidance. If they are that advanced they probably are not the clients for me anyways. However, I understand that running a business is demanding, and many entrepreneurs may find it challenging to navigate the extensive process outlined in the book while managing their companies. Or so I hope ;) I've recorded nearly 100 videos, some recorded live in parks or on a couple beautiful California beaches, and others were recorded in front of cellphones or a web cam at my desktop or home office following Aaron's materials. Didn't like any of them. The framework is perfect. I do not care for working without a teleprompter. Is just me. I'm not a procrastinator. I struggle with perfectionism. Which in turn creates procrastination. Here's hoping rolling out the ebook and later the paperback gets me off that fence. Oh. The cover art is not finished. It is a working mock up for now. Is pretty close to the real deal tho. Anyhow, I welcome any constructive feedback. Your insights are greatly appreciated!

@Dave Brown Fiverr quotes for my specific needs are in the range of $100 - $300. Outside of Fiverr I faced $400 to $600 quotes. Needless to say I went with a Fiverr designer. In addition to my color cover image, my book also has 11 color images inside, all variations of the same image. And my book contains more than 200 pages. So I was quoted more than the cheaper $35 quotes that show on Fiverr's search results for 'kdp formatting' or other such phrases. The expense is well worth paying a professional because my book was accepted by Amazon on first try. No resubmissions required. And I already have some sales without any direct marketing. Plus the designer did an excellent job with the text and graphics formatting and fixing the book cover and making a matching back cover and spline (and didn't charge me extra--maybe I shouldn't have admitted that). My original back cover mockup was basically just a white background with text and didn't align with the front cover at all. And I lacked a spline in my submission. He fixed all of that. Now the paperback book looks more pro than I imagined. Huge attention to detail from the designer. Even fixed my too-many-to-count mismatched text formatting errors throughout the book and added dramatic page breaks and other elements that did not so much as cross my mind. Oh. And did I mention he did all this in a day and a half? Not even two full days passed and he had this to me. I was stunned how fast he works. No regrets at all.

Why your prospects say no to your offer.
People are all different, yet still the same. What I mean is the human mind and body are the same worldwide, yet enormous differences exist in performance. People say no to your offer because they cannot see a clear benefit for themselves. Particularly if you sell a service, such as sales training. The product is not real, you cannot buy a ton of sales training, and put it in a box. You can only ever sell the outcome associated with your sales training. Surgeons know an arm is an arm, a leg is a leg, yet while the inside of your head is still mechanically understood, but the software and nervous connections are still being studied. All you need to understand as a salesperson is the way people reach decisions. Change is resisted almost completely because of evolution and the inbuilt survival instinct to group together to avoid danger. Fit in not stand out or you might get eaten alive. So always assume your prospects will ignore your words of wisdom, unless you follow certain sequences. People recognise their name, it gets their attention. People want a solution to a problem they have, but often won’t admit to. Admitting a problem leaves them feeling vulnerable. In danger. Is your business going bust? Will be answered with “Yes it’s fine………” What’s going well in your business will be answered differently. If you follow up with what result would you like to improve? You will get more responses. But you will seldom get honest answers because people make excuses that transfer the blame to others, to avoid looking bad to themselves. And to others. If you ask, “What would we have to do for this to be be seen as your best investment ever?” You might get a wish list of results. And that’s a good starting point for your presentation. “What would be the thing you need first?” Before you build desire for the result, you need to have a deep understanding of your prospects pain. So you can ask them what happens if they stay where they are. Compared to moving forward with you.

AI has improved its writing capability tremendously. I found your post while searching for examples or experiences using the perfect sales script. Just for kicks I asked ChatGpt to reformat your post for my own selfish 'edification' and curiosity. ***Thank you for helping me understand the value of the perfect sales script.*** Now to continue to search for experiences and feedback from those using the PSS. Btw, here's what Ai wrote. No clue if ChatGpt is even close to recognizing what you had in mind since the thoughts are yours not mine: People are diverse, yet fundamentally similar. This is especially true when considering the human mind and body: universally similar in structure, yet displaying vast differences in performance. One key point to remember, particularly in service sales like sales training, is that people often decline offers when they don't perceive a clear personal benefit. Unlike tangible products, services like sales training aren't physically quantifiable – you can't measure them in a box. What you're actually selling is the outcome or benefit of the training. Consider the medical field: a surgeon knows the physical structure of arms and legs is consistent across individuals. However, understanding the brain is more complex. Its mechanical aspects might be clear, but the 'software' – our thoughts and nervous connections – are still subjects of study. As a salesperson, your focus should be on understanding how people make decisions. Resistance to change is almost universally due to evolutionary survival instincts. Humans have an inborn tendency to seek safety in numbers, to fit in rather than stand out, to avoid danger. This means your prospects are likely to initially ignore your advice unless you follow specific communication strategies. People respond to personal recognition, like hearing their name. They seek solutions to their problems, though they might not readily admit these problems due to a fear of vulnerability. For example, asking a business owner if their business is failing might yield a defensive response. However, inquiring about what's going well in their business, followed by what results they'd like to improve, tends to elicit more openness.
Help!
Unlike many in this course, I am not seeking to become a consultant, though I will take the test regardless. I have an established business that provides leadership development for education leaders. PArt of what we do is provide executive coaching for each client. The coaching has been so powerful that we started selling it as a stand alone product. We have sold it to alumni of the program and to current partners here in Texas. I am taking the course because we want to market coaching all over the country. We have a fantastic product, tons of proof and data. I am going through the process not to become a consultant, but to successfully market our coaching. Day 1...perfect. Day 2. I am confused. I do not see how the Product Roadmap works because I will not be helping someone else market. So, my question is, how do I fill out the Product Roadmap if I am not doing this to create a course for a business other than mine? I want/need to apply all of this to ME, not someone else. Is Executive Coaching the "course"? I am super lost and need advice.

The product roadmap first of all *is* for your own business. It is one way to define what you do. Every critical step of what you do should reside within your roadmap. The roadmap encourages you to define your processes in 9 steps, and then break those steps into three sub-steps. It is based on the concept of the rule of threes. This is just one way to package your materials.

You may have 50 or 100 different things you do for clients however Aaron says to exclude non essentials steps from the roadmap. If an item can be removed without breaking what you do it is not essential to add to the roadmap. Focus only on the utmost critical elements. Are you in any of Aaron's courses? I might be able to tell you which one(s) to turn to for examples of product roadmaps.
9 steps, but a 4 phase process?
I am working on my 9 steps, part of my course is how things need to be done in a natural 4 phase cycle (and how to tell which phase you are the best at). Any ideas how to position that? Thought it would be smooth if offering was in 4 phases but I guess not. Thanks

Outside of the GW software you are free to use as many phases and steps as required by whatever you do. Aaron's launch materials can help define your roadmap regardless the number of phases. You'll need some other process to create the materials though because, at least last I looked, the software does not accommodate changing the number of steps or phases since the software is based on Aaron's own proprietary three phase, nine steps approach.
