Help!

Unlike many in this course, I am not seeking to become a consultant, though I will take the test regardless.

I have an established business that provides leadership development for education leaders. PArt of what we do is provide executive coaching for each client.

The coaching has been so powerful that we started selling it as a stand alone product. We have sold it to alumni of the program and to current partners here in Texas.

I am taking the course because we want to market coaching all over the country. We have a fantastic product, tons of proof and data. I am going through the process not to become a consultant, but to successfully market our coaching.

Day 1...perfect. Day 2. I am confused.

I do not see how the Product Roadmap works because I will not be helping someone else market.

So, my question is, how do I fill out the Product Roadmap if I am not doing this to create a course for a business other than mine? I want/need to apply all of this to ME, not someone else.

Is Executive Coaching the "course"? I am super lost and need advice.
