I met Sierra when she was teaching in Toronto. Sierra is the definition of embodiment of teacher energy. She really trasmits her knowledge by just being in her presence. You just need to be there and be receptive and open and you will learn so so much. I always felt comfortable with her, because she made her spaces super safe and welcoming and warm. Overall, I haven’t been to experience any other class like hers in the past years.
