Hi community! I’ve got a contact who has had her Shopify store suspended without any explanation, they’ve held her payments (of a significant amount of money) for at least 120 days. I’ve heard of this been done for suspect products or stolen themes before but I thought Shopify always gave a reason. Does anyone have an account manager at Shopify with a phone number at all? She’s just getting automated responses and I really just want to help her out as I know I’d hate to be in her situation Thanks

This screenshot is from yesterday, it's one example how when you make people notice you on a platform like LinkedIn people just automatically reach out. Here's the thing, if it sells it's a 15-20k project for me. These deals happen and they can happen for you too! You just need to know what to say on your LinkedIn, what to say on the DMs and on the call. Sometimes they don't even ask for references. Who here has closed a deal on LinkedIn?

Heres how I plan on making it better than it currently is. -I will be putting myself in it daily -I will be going on weekly coaching calls again (it was currently bi-weekly) -I will be more focused on finishing my courses and writing down my course content through the week to get more action packed goods in the courses for agency members and store owners. -I will be DMing people in the community to hop on 1on1s and just chatting to help them solve their problems. -BONUS: every single week on Saturday, the one who is in the top leaderboard for the past week (7 days) will win a 1on1 consultation with me. The goal here is to create an amazing community that actually changes the lives of those inside the group by allowing them to quit their jobs, feed their families, take care of their families and others inside their circle. Re-launching my Shopify store. I had this domain when I had my body jewelry store from 2014-2018. When i tried to re-buy it between then at random times it was owned/parked by someone and I couldn't buy it. But it just got back on the market and its mine now! Next step, getting my store set up and a bunch of products listed! super excited. I created a new shopify account because i couldn't get ahold of my old account :( I would love to but Shopify is taking a while to get back to me, I don't have access to my old email so I need them to change the login email but for now I am not wasting time and setting this up. I will end up getting access to it at a later point and use those previous customers of mine to re-send a launch campaign email. My guess is I should make at least 50 sales or at least $1,000 from a launch day once my store is up and ready to take in orders. That is just from sending emails to previous customers from 6 years ago ( many were devastated when we went away but will be happy when we are back) I was almost going to wait for them to get back to me, but what if its a day or a week, maybe a month. I don't like that control being out of my hands, so I'm hopping in and taking action now! My wife will be helping me run the store as well, ill be updating as we build.
