Help please - Shopify contact
Hi community! I’ve got a contact who has had her Shopify store suspended without any explanation, they’ve held her payments (of a significant amount of money) for at least 120 days.
I’ve heard of this been done for suspect products or stolen themes before but I thought Shopify always gave a reason.
Does anyone have an account manager at Shopify with a phone number at all? She’s just getting automated responses and I really just want to help her out as I know I’d hate to be in her situation
