House is paid off, seller lives there by himself (3,000 sq ft), and is afraid of all the uncertainty that will come along w the house sale. Property needs a ton of work, and he agreed to price it accordingly. How do I know how much the reno would cost? He wants 799k, and ARV is around 1.2M. TYA
