What really matters is: - Check if the seller is listed as the brand owner or manufacturer - See if they have a brand storefront - Look at consistency (logo, listings, multiple products under same brand) Also, if the buy box keeps rotating between different sellers, it’s usually not just the brand selling it means multiple sellers are on that listing. So don’t rely only on the by [name] part always double check the seller profile.

@Krystal Massey Good example in that case by black purse doesn’t really mean it’s the brand. That just looks like a generic name, so if there are 5 sellers and one of them is black purse they’re most likely just another seller (maybe even the one holding the buy box), not the actual brand. Real brands usually have a clear, unique name and a proper storefront. Generic names like that are a sign it’s just a shared listing with multiple resellers. So yeah, that would be a buy box seller, not the brand 👍
