Peptide Deep Dive of the Day: BPC-157
This is one of the peptides people often start researching when they’re looking into gut health, healing, and inflammation support. BPC-157 stands for Body Protection Compound, and it’s commonly researched for things like: • gut health support • tissue repair • tendon & ligament healing • inflammation reduction • injury recovery One interesting thing about BPC-157 is that it’s available in multiple forms. It can be taken as an injection, but it’s also commonly found in oral liposomal form, which is actually how I started taking it. The liposomal version is often researched specifically for gut health, since it works through the digestive system and can be a great option for people who aren’t comfortable with injections. The injectable version is more commonly researched for targeted healing, like tendons, joints, or localized injuries. From my personal experience, when I started taking the liposomal version, my gut issues went away and inflammation that I didn’t even realize I had went way down. It was one of the things that really opened my eyes to how powerful some of these peptides can be. If you want dosing timelines and protocols, I organized that in the guide linked in the classroom. Curious if anyone here has looked into or tried BPC-157 yet?
