Mindfulness techniques that can help you
Monitoring a stress during PMP preparation is crucial for maintaining focus and optimizing performance. Here are some mindfulness techniques that helped me to deal with it: 4-7-8 Breathing: inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds and exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this cycle several times to calm your mind. I used this techniques in my 10-minutes break. Mindful Walking: take a break and go for a walk, pay attention to the sensations of your feet touching the ground, the movement of your body and the sights and sounds around you. Positive Visualization: close your eyes and visualize yourself successfully completing the exam. Imagine the details of the exam environment, your calm demeanor, and the sense of accomplishment you will feel. Are you practicing some techniques? Feel free to share your experiences!

PMP Certified on My First Attempt with 3AT!
I am delighted to share that I have successfully earned my Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification on my first attempt, achieving Above Target (AT) scores in all three domains! This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, culminating in success after months of dedicated effort and preparation. I extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. @Andrew Ramdayal for his exceptional Udemy course and YouTube videos. His structured approach and emphasis on the PMP Mindset were instrumental in my success. For those currently preparing for the PMP exam, my key advice is:✅ Stay consistent—make learning a daily habit and avoid long gaps.✅ Practice regularly—aim for at least 60-question mock exams to build confidence.✅ Master the Mindset—understanding the PMI approach is crucial to answering questions effectively. Best of luck on your PMP journey! 🚀

I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ve successfully passed my Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam on my very first attempt with AT/AT/AT in all three domains! 🎉 This accomplishment is the result of consistent hard work, dedication, and perseverance, and I’m incredibly proud of this milestone. A heartfelt thank you to Andrew Ramdayal for his amazing Udemy PMP Certification Exam Prep Course/35 PDU Contact Hours. His simple, yet powerful teaching style made even the toughest concepts feel easy to grasp. I also highly recommend the TIA Exam Simulator, which was instrumental in helping me understand the exam mindset. I’m extremely grateful for the unwavering support of my loved ones, who encouraged me every step of the way. And yes, I celebrated in style – I wore blue during exam 😎 Looking forward to leveraging my PMP certification in taking on exciting new projects and challenges ahead! #PMP #ProjectManagement #PMPCertified #AndrewRamdayal #ProfessionalDevelopment #NewBeginnings #CareerGoals
