Recommendations for additional 7 PDUs - PMI-ACP
Hello PMI-ACP community, I am preparing to apply for the PMI-ACP certification, and as you know, we need to show 28 PDUs/study hours in agile methodologies. I plan to take @Andrew Ramdayal course, which provides 21 PDUs, but I will still need 7 more PDUs to meet the requirement. I would like to know what additional courses or resources you used to complete these remaining hours. Could you share your recommendations? Thank you very much for your help. Daniela

Mock Exam/Study Path Guidance
Hi GM all, I'm Tracey new to the Group Portal. Last night, I completed mock exam#1 via Udemy scored 56%πŸ˜”. On some of the questions I noticed I second guess my answers. With that, I like to gain your guidance on how you proceeded with your study path. I'm planning to sit for the exam mid-May. Did you utilize both PMI SH & TIA mock exams @Daniela Peraza , @Shashauna Williams .... Congratulations 🎊 to both of you ladies!!

Hi Tracey, Welcome to the group! I completely understand that frustration with your first mock exam score I had similar results when I started and felt the same way. The good news is that 56% on your first attempt gives you plenty of room to improve. Second-guessing answers is very common at this stage of preparation. Here's what helped me improve my scores: 1. PMI Study Hall was extremely valuable. The explanations helped me understand the PMI mindset 2. Andrew's mock exams were also crucial because they provide detailed explanations for each question 3. Focus on understanding WHY certain answers are correct rather than just memorizing them 4. Review the questions you got wrong AND right (sometimes we get right answers with wrong reasoning) With consistent practice until mid-May, you definitely have time to improve your scores significantly. I'd recommend setting a goal to improve by 5-10% on each subsequent practice test. Don't get discouraged - many successful PMI-PMP holders started with similar scores Most Important: Visualize yourself with the certification and enjoy the process
What do YOU want to know about the world of PM?!
If you could ask me anything, what topics would you want me to cover? I make a lot of videos on YouTube and other platforms, what do you want to see next? If I like your idea, you might see a video made on your topic! Keep an eye on my YouTube for new videos: https://www.youtube.com/@AndrewRamdayal/featured

Mindfulness techniques that can help you
Monitoring a stress during PMP preparation is crucial for maintaining focus and optimizing performance. Here are some mindfulness techniques that helped me to deal with it: 4-7-8 Breathing: inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds and exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this cycle several times to calm your mind. I used this techniques in my 10-minutes break. Mindful Walking: take a break and go for a walk, pay attention to the sensations of your feet touching the ground, the movement of your body and the sights and sounds around you. Positive Visualization: close your eyes and visualize yourself successfully completing the exam. Imagine the details of the exam environment, your calm demeanor, and the sense of accomplishment you will feel. Are you practicing some techniques? Feel free to share your experiences!
