Over the weekend, we had a snowstorm here in Tennessee, so on Monday I sent a follow-up email checking in on her and her family, offering help if needed. Still no reply. On Wednesday, I sent a quick text to confirm she’d received my emails and included my booking link so she could easily schedule a time that worked best. Then on Thursday, I called and left her a voicemail. On Friday, I tried again, but her voicemail box was full. Has anyone else had a client reach out through their website, show strong initial interest, and then completely stop responding to email, calls, or texts? According to ChatGPT, I should just leave it. Don’t worry about it until Thursday of this week. Send her a final email to let her know when and if she is still interested, she can reach out that I will be here for her and provide my contact information.
