What do I do in this situation?
👉 Question: From @amirsohrab “Hey Tyson, sometimes when I send an opener on IG, prospects try to pitch their service/course to me. How do I follow up in this situation?” 👉 Answer: Ahhh, it’s likely you’ve run into a DM setter. These are people who basically sit in the DMs of some of your prospects. They’re literally there to do one thing. Sell. The best thing to do when this happens? Just call them out. “Hey, I hope you’re good. I know you’re setting for [prospect], can you please get this piece of free value over to them? It’ll only take a minute for them to check out.” It’s honest, polite, and direct to the point. Don’t be boring by copying and pasting this, make it more personalized and conversational. I’m just giving you a rough idea of the direction. Good luck bro, keep crushing it 💪

80/20 Rule for Copywriting
What would you guys say is the 80/20 rule for copywriting? Meaning: 20% of the actions lead to 80% of the results

1. 20% learning 2. 80% implementing 3. Getting pro-level feedback 4. Repeat This applies to both Copywriting skills and Client Acquisition.
What is the best and worst copywriting advice?
Agree or not But we've all been spending hours, watching YT videos about copywriting like a psycho. I have probably spent around 300 hours doing this (more if not less) So, I assume you've done this too. What was the best and the worst marketing/copywriting advice that you heard from gurus?

Worst: Doing so much reps to get good at copy. (Super slow process) Best: Getting professional feedback for your copy. (fastest and most efficient way)
