Fish oil supplements
Hi everyone. Has anyone encountered inflammation problems after taking fish oil supplements? I started taking them and my metabolic health is completely upside down.

I have not encountered any issues like that taking fish oil supplements. But not all brands are created equal - many of them can be rancid so only get them from reputable brands. What’s the name of the brand of fish oil you were taking?
