Cold Call Script Framework (Who We Are → What We Do → Benefit) Opening: “Hi [Name], this is [Your Name]. I’m looking to buy a few houses here in [City]. Wanted to see if you’d consider a fair cash offer on [Property Address]?” If they say yes / open to it: - “Great, can you tell me a little bit about the property?” - “What’s your situation with it right now?” - “If I could make this easy and close quickly, what would be the best price you’d take?” Commitment Question: If they give you $140K: - “Okay, if I was able to get you $120K instead of $140K, is that something you’d want to know more about, or should I just rule it out?” SMS Opener “Hi [Name], this is [Your Name].
