Fast paced upper body workout followed by 15 minutes on the elliptical. 3 more days until we are on a plane to Jamaica. I know GA isnt as cold as other states but I’m ready for some warmer weather ☀️

@Amanda Steele yes I’m doing 21 day running uplift. I’m on the last week but the suggest repeating it at least once. I think I’m going to try the 3!days a week of running instead of 2 for my next round.
Shoveling
I think I need to wait and see how I feel about a workout tomorrow. Shoveling x2. The first time I wasn't out long but the second it was HEAVY and I felt it in my core. I think we got around 10-12 inches
