Really winding down on this program. I have 3 workouts left that I want to do: lower body from one of the weeks, then total body 2 and 3. Then I’m planning to explore Sure Thing! I love Megan and would like to take that program on again, modified so that I can still spin 1-2 times a week. Goal is 3-4 lifts a week while still making mid-week mobility a must! Honestly, this set up is working well for me and is sustainable and bringing me joy, so I’m gonna keep doing it. Happy to share the gym again with @Amie Becker first and then @Kim Dugan :)
